| Physical Description | Velor stands at 5’8” and weighs around 70Kg. She's extremely fit with a particularly impressive six-pack, not that anyone else on the crew would see it other than possibly a roommate. She has sepia skin, brown, almond eyes and lips that are slightly turned up at the edges, giving her a false appearance of happiness that isn't mirrored by her ever-controlled insides. Velor has an annoyingly perfect dark brown bob with a fringe that is typically, Vulcanally restrained and wears a gold hair band to match her uniform. |

| General Overview | Velor comes across as overly analytical and almost mechanical in some regards, but those who take the opportunity to go past her typically Vulcan flat emotionless facade will see that she is fundamentally a good person. A first indicator of this might be that she will go along with whatever odd happenings the emotional species around her will be creating (as long as it isn’t particularly dangerous or illegal) more than might be initially expected and isn’t overly critical of others as Vulcans can be. Velor is a huge proponent of order, discipline and organisation and has little to no tolerance for the antitheses of all of these. Where something is disorganised, Velor must organise it. She is dedicated, effective, focussed, proper, stalwart and tolerant. She’s also an excellent leader and will always prioritise the safety and wellbeing of her Security teams and will fight for them to the bitter end. Velor has no aversion to danger and will quite willingly put herself in mortal peril for another. Velor is not easily manipulated and has immense willpower and self-assurance. Her adherence to logic, insofar as it serves her to be a good officer and stable, effective person is fairly unfaltering. |
| Personal History | Velor was born in 2361 on the Starship U.S.S. Lancastrian. She was raised as a fleet brat until the age of ten, at which point her parents were concerned that she should have a full Vulcan education and sent her to boarding school on Vulcan itself. At the age of fourteen Velor underwent psychometric testing which determined that she would be well suited for leadership and had high levels of spatial awareness and visual acuity. The logical career was Starfleet, and as such Velor applied herself to the correct subjects and courses alongside her normal Vulcan studies. Acing entry at the age of 22, she passed out fourth in her class in 2387. Velor served as a security officer aboard the USS Stockton, being promoted twice from Ensign to LtJG to Lieutenant over the space of eleven years. In 2398 she was made Chief of Security of the USS Grissom, being promoted again in 2401 and becoming Security Chief and Tactical Officer of the Defiant class USS Pendragon in 2402. |
